NFPA Series: Durable, Versatile Cylinders
NFPA pneumatic cylinders provide rugged, versatile performance with 17 mounting styles for easy interchangeability. Available with high-strength aluminum or stainless steel barrels, they withstand harsh conditions with hard-anodized bodies, steel tie rods rated to 100,000 psi, and long-lasting composite rod bearings.
Pre-lubricated with Magnalube-G® grease, these cylinders handle heavy loads and operate smoothly under high performance. Rated to 250 psi, they offer bore sizes up to 14 inches and strokes up to 99 inches, with a temperature range of -10° to +165°F.
F Series: Cost-Effective, High-Performance Light-Duty Cylinders
Designed for light-duty, space-constrained applications, the F Series air cylinders offer exceptional performance and reliability. With 10 bore sizes from 9/16 to 3 inches and stroke lengths up to 32 inches, each model is fully interchangeable for seamless integration.
Built tough, the F Series features a durable 304 stainless steel cylinder tube, a polished 303 stainless steel rod, and a high-strength aluminum piston. Pre-lubricated for maintenance-free use, these cylinders ensure quick response and long-lasting performance with full-flow ports, wear-resistant rod bushings, and Buna-N U-cup seals.
The Original Pancake®: Compact, Reliable Air Cylinder
Invented in 1958, the Original Pancake® offers unmatched performance for short-stroke, low-profile applications in tight spaces. Made from solid bar stock for strength and precision, these cylinders feature a hard chrome-plated stainless steel piston rod and durable composite bushing for long life.
With bore sizes from 1/2 to 4 inches and strokes up to 4 inches, Pancake cylinders support up to 250 psi pneumatic and 500 psi hydraulic pressure. Options include magnetic pistons for sensing and non-rotating rods for precise alignment. Each cylinder is pre-lubed with Magnalube-G® for moisture and corrosion resistance.
