The Ralph W. Earl Company was founded in 1954 as a Fluid Power Distributor. Fluid Power comprises two technologies - Hydraulic and Pneumatic. Over 50 years later, we remain a Fluid Power Distributor with many capabilities.

As a distributor, we represent leading manufacturers, each specializing in a segment of the Fluid Power market. We are then able to provide our customers with a complete array of Fluid Power components, enabling them to fulfill all of their Fluid Power needs from one source. Those needs often include technical assistance and complete systems engineering, as well as components.

We employ approximately 70 people. Our main facility is located in Syracuse, New York. We occupy 44,000 square feet on East Molloy Road, and field sales offices in Buffalo, Rochester, Binghamton, Elmira, Massena, and Clifton Park.
